04 Pricing & Payment

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
• We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets as indicated at checkout
• COMARK shall not be held liable for any charges, fees, or losses arising from currency conversion or bank processing
• In the event of a pricing error, COMARK reserves the right to cancel the affected orders and issue a full refund

05 Shipping & Delivery

COMARK International Corporation ships products nationwide across the Philippines. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, and circumstances beyond our control.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order size
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier
• COMARK is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues
• For orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, COMARK shall not be held responsible for non-delivery
• Delivery to remote or unserviced areas may require additional fees or may not be available

06 Returns & Refunds

COMARK International Corporation is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within seven (7) days from the date of receipt
• Products must be returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition with all original packaging intact
• Defective or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photo or video evidence
• Items purchased on sale, promotional price, or marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return
• Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of receiving the returned item and confirming its condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on COMARK's part
